Alright here's the dealio.

I gave Charak a set of nerfs to apply to Jack the Ripper. The end result of the character is not just going to be decided by me but by all of you [@Loki Odinson][@Grey][@BubbleGumKing][@Shadow Daedalus][@Turboshitter] minus maybe Loki. If you don't Jack as a servant in this roleplay because of her rather frankly disturbing level of ability to kill people easily then you may say no to it. 

On the word of Loki if she doesn't post in two days (the aforementioned monday deadline) I'm going to be using someone to off her master because even more time than Phase was alloted to Loki due to her good tendencies but it is still hurting Bubblegum's ability to post. In that case then rider will go to a new master if we get a new person interested. OR will be transferred over to Leon for safe keeping until a new master appears for her if ever.

My only other recourse for this roleplay would be a complete reboot and we can negate that since bubblegum has agreed to play Caster.
