[@bloonewb] Looking good, just add House Stark as a liege, and maybe a short paragraph about William's aspirations and motivations for the future and you should be good to go.

A lord his age, the last of his name, should probably get married though. You can give him a wife and heir through backstory or pursue a marriage alliance in-game. Or hey, maybe he has a few bastards.
