[@Vampy] Ok, I can see how that distance can make his summoning broken.  As he could 'grab weapons' from 2 cities away from him.  I appreciate you letting me know.
 
The Spirit swords I have no idea how to use them or how they would work.  

I think the main problem is, Summoning is a massive ability/magic and even limiting it to weapons is not enough.

Thus I have to change my magic.  

So How about this magic instead?

I can change my eye color to any color.
