[@The1Rolling1Boy] i leave it to the rper to design their own power limiter. Basically: any "power" you have does not work while wearing said limiter. Leaving you with just humanly abilities. Endurance, strength, flexibility, etc. 

Like my character, Jackie, for instance. He has power over Decay and the ability to summon Death's Scythe. While wearing his limiter on his wrists he can use neither of those powers. But, he is naturally flexible and agile, so, he still has that going for him. His "punishment" portion of the limiter is being harshly shocked.

[@Masterkeun] Good good! The head master, the antagonist, has non-limited powers. But, keep in mind he/she is a government official.
