From his position behind the cops, Ben smirked. Thinks on his feet and isn't afraid to laugh at himself, good signs. Still, the local law were asking questions and you didn't have to be a genius to understand that covert operations go better when they're covert. Circling round and back up the stairs, Ben pulled his cap down low over his eyes, pulled out his phone and then charged towards the three men, growling into the phone. "No, no, don't worry, I've found the idiot, hang on a minute and we'll be back up." He curled one hand over the phone's receiver and grabbed Victor's collar with the other, carefully ignoring the officers. "You can't just fuck off for a smoke whenever you feel like it, I can only cover for you so many god damn times!" Pulling Victor away, he continued his tirade at the imaginary boss, still not sparing the two cops a glance. "No, nothing important, just taking care of something, won't happen again." When they escaped the parking garage, he snapped the phone shut and looked at Victor. "Nice cover, let's move before they follow up. We can head back to the safehouse and run the plates."
