@Discussion: I've had 9 surgeries and was just knocked out instantly after a few seconds of head burning from the anesthesia. I'm a complete straight lace though. I don't even recreationally drink much less smoke weed. It'd kill my lungs anyway because of my asthma, but weed also has some side effects that are pretty bad if you use it continually anyway. Like increasing your risk of testicular cancer by 70%. No thank you. 
I never liked the idea of me not being in control of my faculties (meaning the drinking), and my mom raised me to only take meds if absolutely necessary, even though I am required to daily anyway because of my myriad of health problems. I digress, however.
