[indent]Though not as outward as known members of the Syndicate, Eugene is believed to be a case of 'the quiet ones'. There isn't much of a case around this one since her joining and upward ascension but she is no less dangerous. A blackbelt in hapkido and skills in at least two other martial arts puts her as more dangerous without a weapon than with one; not to say that she is useless with a firearm as her accuracy with a single sidearm pistol has been well documented. Eugene seems to be the 'driver' in various activities linked to the Syndicate's crime spree. A past history of street racing shows familiarity with the roads and a comfort behind the wheel, skills useful in evading police vehicles as currently she has managed to slip their trail when driving every time. Despite this, Eugene is otherwise quiet. She even pays taxes. Under watch but uninteresting.[/indent][/indent]

The Han Family co-owns the place with the Park Family but both families have had a falling out with Eugene doing what she can to mend that relationship. Eugene might as well be the owner, as she oversees the day-to-day operations even when she's not on the premises. Eugene keeps residence outside of Little Seoul, in a loft apartment in downtown Los Santos. How she affords the place on a laundromat manager's salary is unknown but her tax returns suggest no foul play. [/indent][/indent]
