@Hank Urgrugg will be arriving with his small crew, on their small ship, away from the rest of those boarding the hulk. I won't spoil the surprise, but it goes without saying that it's a trap, and one he's actually Not expecting.

Posted. I made the assumption that Jorah would be one of the men-at-arms, @DepressedSoviet. Correct me if I'm wrong.

My thoughts now would be that the Rogue Trader would collect Fio'Ui and the other research-slaves and bring them to the hangar as well, so that we can gather the characters aboard the Rigged Fortune in one spot. How do you feel about that, @Bright_Ops?

Looks like I'm the last one to post in this first run of posts. And what do you know, Lucius is in no reasonable position to get to the Space Hulk in short order. That said, I'll admit I'm running a bit dry on ideas for how to resolve that problem, which I'll need to talk about with @Jbcool to resolve, so if you guys could hold on a short while, I'd appreciate it.

Hmmm, i thought about something.

How bad an idea is it to start off aboard the hulk itself? Locked off from the majority of it until the other players arrive and punch some holes?

Considering I've not heard what idea for a character you have - I've no idea what a 'dread magi' is - I'll need to think about it; that being said, I've no real problem with you beginning aboard the Hulk if you've got a reason.

@Jbcool Dread magi, a nickname for a chaos worshipping magos formerly of the adeptus mechanicus. (Or still in it if stealthy.)

The plan was that since it's a hulk, they are often made up of many different vessels. My character would have been a crewmember of one such vessel which somehow ended up as part of the hulk a long time ago. Or not too long ago, hulks tend to go through the warp from time to time, so details vary, even aboard the hulk.

So begins as crewman, BOOM accident, confused. Finds weird thing, explores, unknowingly falls to the allure of Tzeentsch, BAM dread magi! Or just a heretic.
This is just the idea, i'll of course make it proper before submitting it.
