[@Ryougu] Either have your character be strong enough to take one down if they get lucky enough to find one, or have your character search a particularly inhospitable region for one. The inherent difficulty in getting that far should probably prove their strength sufficient to have a chance at taking down a T0. 

Edit: Or gain enough favor with a Noble to have them help you get one.

As long as they aren't being found too often for balance reasons, it should be fine.
