[@Hylozoist] Well, thus far both me and [@Bright_Ops] have 2 PC Pokemon to our name, so you'll probably roll with one of us. I'd be happy to have a Togepi, but I also called dibs on the last Pokemon submission so if Bright wants you I'd give him the nod.
