[@FantasyChic] - As far as the level of tech is concerned, this is a world of advanced technology and SOLDIER would have much of this available to them. Custom weaponry and the like would be the norm amongst individual SOLDIERs, so I'd say we're pretty lenient on what you can create and how creative you can be. Unless it's glaringly overpowered or overly outlandish, I doubt we'll have a problem with it.
