Abilities: She can cast flames, if that's okay. One-handed, lock picking, speech and destruction if flames is allowed. 

Job: Helena runs the makeshift Helgen Inn, sheltering and feeding people for a very low cost, considering the city's condition. 

Bio: Helena bought the Inn after everything was destroyed by the dragon.  She loves meeting all of the adventurers and treats them with as much hospitality as she can, especially with such bad conditions.  If someone isn't so friendly, however, Helena won't hesitate to fight.
