[@LiegeLord] Cecilia's face beamed as she listened to James. "It's not a problem. I wouldn't mind you being there at all," she said before the counselor's instruction. She turned her head to find her oar, picking it up and noting the weight and feel of it in her hands. It was heavier than she expected, but she was far from complaining. With the other side of the lake visible in the distance, she dipped her oar through the water's surface to her right side, just to try it out. Cecilia then looked up to find a distorted something under the water nearby. She was too busy trying to make it out to alert James, her lapse in judgement hitting home when James became startled, calling at Neric who then rose a black fin out of the water. Cecilia chuckled slightly, knowing she really shouldn't be and not proud of herself for it, but quite amused for the time being. Right hand on the shaft and the other over her mouth to discourage outright laughter, she listened to Neric. "Wow Neric you really know your stuff. I can take either side. Whatever you prefer, James." she said to Neric and James respectively.
