I'll wait to see whether [@Bright_Ops] calls dibs first, and if he opts to not, then I am afraid to say you might be stuck with me. I've only just hauled my behind out of bed, but I'll start putting pen to paper on a character submission in a bit. If my day magically goes to plan, it'll be up in about eight or nine hours, and then that'll be something a bit more concrete for [@Bright_Ops] to make a decision on.
