[@The Survivor] - Let me start by saying you're tugging at the heart strings, man. Naked Snake (I know that's not him, but you understand lol) is one of my favorite characters ever and seeing that face claim made me a bit bias haha. Bruce is awesome though. His background is actually pretty damn intriguing to be honest and there's some real potential for development in there. We also like the fact that someone finally took the Lightning aspect of Red and ran with it lol. Our only concern is the Lightning's Wrath ability and The Demon ability. For normal offensives, they're particularly strong what with Lightning's Wrath dissolving the thing it touches, devouring the life instantly, and getting stronger from it. They read like mini-overdrives. If you can tone those down a bit, that's our only issue.
