Personality: Volcanican is very short tempered, at due to recent events he has been getting angrier and angrier. Volcanican has been one of the first legendary pokemon to be affected, now he is unable to remember the names of all his friends, he is unable to remember who is who. He know he doesn't have long left and that just makes him angry. Normally, he is a nice person who will do what he can to help the world but with the issues in the world he is just another problem.

Bio: Volcanican is one of the first Legendary Pokemon to be affected by the whole memory wipe. He is starting to lose all his memory and soon enough he will fade from existence. Nobody knows what happens then, nobody knows if it is possible to come back. All they know, is that you're gone and there is nothing that can be done about it.
