Personality: Tempest is the keeper of time, the protector of time. He will do anything to do his job. Tempest is a kind person, normally. He is determined but he is very untrusting of those who come into hi home. He may not attack them, but he will certainly won't let them come close to the time gears. Not after what happened last time.

Bio: Since after the near destruction of Temporal Tower, Tempest as well as many other legendary pokemon has been helping to repair the tower. Now, it's as good as new, no it's better than new. It is far more secure and stronger. Now, there is another problem. Tempest is starting to lose his memories, and that only means bad news. With him gone, time will go out of whack again and the time gears will be up for taking.
