Personality: Despite everyone wanting to use her constantly for wish granting, she is actually rather kind and joyful. She will happily grant wishes to any who she deems worthy. Although, she won't grant any wishes who she thinks will harm other pokemon. She has a big sense of humor and laughs quite often. She tries to never be rude to anyone, no matter who they might be.

Bio: Star has spent most of her life sleeping, as every hundred wishes makes her need to sleep for a thousand years. So, she has no idea what is going on with the world, as the majority of the time, she is off sleeping, and it is almost impossible to wake her up. Although, not many pokemon know where she is located anymore, as their memories are being effected for some reason.
