Personality: Blue is rather serious, he listens to everyone's opinion in a discussion, then comes up with his own idea or opinion. He is extremely smart and doesn't laugh much. He can tell a lot from somebody just from looking at them, that is without using his psychic abilities. Although, he is a little curious about things, and likes to learn as much as he can as much as possible. 

Bio: Blue knows there is something going on, as most legendaries do, it has brought out his curious nature. He has spent the last five years trying to figure out why pokemon are starting to lose their memories, and he is worried, if it isn't stopped soon, then the legendary pokemon might start to be affected. He has learned hardly nothing about this disaster, he just hopes something will stop it soon.
