Personality: Victory is very cocky and over confident. He is quite arrogant and this can lead to being rude and annoying to others. He likes to thinks he can handle any situation on his own, as long as he knows what is going on. He believes he will always win, as he believes luck is always on his side.

Bio: Victory has noticed the memory loss in others, and has no idea what is going on, he doesn't know why they suddenly can't remember anything.
