Why yes.  in fact, it will be slow going until we get more people.  This RP was designed for a minimum of 3 or 4.  People will need to double up as mortals and angels, and even some demons.  I am trying to start people off as angels first.

I started the first mortal and a mentor.  I have yet to create the CS for the mentor, but his intro post gives a fair idea of how life is for him.
