[@Holy Soldier] Raijin was dead on what I meant, but yeah when I asked that I wanted to know if we as players would have access to the abilities and powers that are described in a pokemon's Pokedex entry. I was unsure because some of the abilities and their descriptions tend to be a bit... overkill at times i.e (Garchomp travelling at speeds that rival jet planes), and most of them never really have any function in the games.
