[b]Pride Lands[/b] Gumu looked up at his father as they patrolled the Pride Lands. "Hey dad, guess what!" He continued walking beside him. Shupavu smiled down at his son. "What, Gumu?" He stopped after a few moments to listen to what his son had to say. "I think I already have an idea who my future guard will be." Gumu stated as he stopped walking as well. Shupavu smiled, seeming to know exactly who his son could be talking about. "And who would that be?" He asked, still smiling warmly. Gumu stood tall and puffed his chest out as if to say he was proud of his choice. "Nikko." He answered as his tail waved happily in the air. Shupavu nodded with a smile. "I'm sure he'd be honored to hear that." He looked towards the rock to see Zi had perched herself on it. "Good morning, Zi." He said in greeting to the bird. "Same to you. Has Kc returned yet?" Zi wanted to know this because she has been her apprentice since the other day. "Well, if I heard right. Cyren said she would return on her own time and if not, he would search for her so I don't think there's any need to worry about her yet." He reassured her. [hr] [b]Eastern Pride[/b] [@Ninkitty] Maisha had set out to find Kisari to let her know the decision she made about her role, her cubs following behind her. After she got through with her, she needed to train both her cubs, one in hunting, the other she wasn't sure what to train him on today. Male cubs were hard to do that with. [i]Maybe I'll have him tag along with Crimson.[/i] It was a nice idea, but would he be able to handle the little wanderer? She certainly hoped so.
