Once she realized she was not being attacked, she calmed herself and blinked owlishly at the new arrival using the tabletop as a chair. [color=004b80]"I am a deity." [/color]Yoki simply stated, then grinned in a manner resembling a blood thirsty beast, [color=004b80]"Would you like to pledge yourself to me?"[/color] In all her 3,000+ years of life, most of Yoki's worshippers were human, but there were a few lesser deities who had pledged themselves to Yoki and worked in her name. As she lost followers and power, they gave their own life force to sustain her dwindling one. She would not have lived past 3,112 years if it were not for those few sacrifices.
