Hi! Thanks for the interest. There are a number of people with mutations but I leave it up to everyone whether they want their character to become affected or not. There are communities formed at this point since it has been many years but they are rather small. Nomadic people are common since many choose to become bandits. In other words, it probably will be a traveling wanderers coming together. 

I also have intention for a very large bandit group to become powerful and start becoming a problem for people.
