[@Sarcelle Renard] Okay! No pressure but we do have someone else who has put forth for the last S Class Position with the Librarium. As I stated to everyone earlier, these positions would not go through the same selection process as the Slayers did; it's first come first serve. Meaning the decision will come down to whoever's character is put up and accepted first.

I feel like you could have kept some aspects of his backstory hidden to be revealed later, but it's otherwise solid and acceptable.

Magic is fine. Though I feel like I should point out that having such versatility means you should be relinquishing raw power. Despite being an S Class, I think it's fair to assume that an A Class specialising in a certain element would be more proficient in it than Ulysses. He has limited ways he can use his elements so I think this is a fair trade-off.
