Luke Braxton - Atlanta, Georgia - The Hospital No More!

"Listen Listen! My name is Joe, and I'm telling you some plastered man popped in here grabbed the pizza and BAM! Like Nightcrawler, except he wasn't going for the President, he wanted my pizza! I'm telling you, I've got two other employee's who've seen everything. Listen-"

Luke was laying in the hospital watching the news, everything was crazy. Apparently the owner of Joe's Pizzeria was claiming that a person teleported into his place and stole pizza then vanished. Three weeks ago he'd have been dismissed as crazy by everyone especially Luke, now he was on the news. Whether or not the story was true time would tell, people loved sensation and bullshit. People could make up stories or say anything now to get attention from the media or get themselves out of jam and people didn't know what to do. 

He was glad but somewhat surprised that Kieran had stopped by to visit him as well as Alan. He realized he'd never gotten to figure out what Kieran's power was, but he never seemed to use it. Did that mean it was mental in nature like his, something not visible to the naked eye or so dangerous he didn't risk wanting to use it. Both options were a bit unsettling to Luke, and he was one of the few people who's minds he didn't want to fish through if there was no need.

Luke's mom had stopped by earlier to talk to him, and was worried sick. His sister Tanya had dropped by too briefly on her way work this was a mess. He was just getting comfortable on the morphine and about to fall back into a slumber when he heard crying and hands wrapped around him. He opened his eyes as he felt two sets of lips kiss his, and saw Tamara who was hugging him. [i]Oh shit..[/i]

"Luke! Oh my god I saw that news, that crazy ass mother-fucker threw SUV's into your apartment oh my god! I'm mad as fuck at you, but I Was so worried baby.." Tamara had tears rolling down her eyes and sliding onto Luke's face as she held him.

Luke didn't think it was possible to feel any worst, but now it was. Not only had he been avoiding her, and partying doing drugs enjoying his powers he'd talked bad about her to Jace  which lead to this fight although Jace was messed up in the head." It's ight..I shouldn't have tried to step up that dude I Didn't know he was suped up like that, but he definently could have killed me easily..he just spared me..shit was wild..Tam..I'm sorry about..shit..I ain't even being a hunnid with you I.."

"Ssh..Ssh...it's ight..I mean it's not ight but I'll let it slide..if anything this beating is a lesson if you wasn't out doing dumb shit you coulda been with me, watching Love and Hip Hop ...we could have smoked..too..Hmph!"

"Smoke!" Luke was suddenly animated, he realized he hadn't smoked since before Jace beat him up, and realized that his bong was probably destroyed as a result of the fight getting him mad at Jace all over again. "Damn it when did you start smoking! If you told me you wanted to smoke I'd"

"You'd what don't tell me that's why you been flaking cause I been trying to be sober so yo ass would stop fucking selling these damn drugs! Ugh fucking idiots, all you men fah-real!  Luke why can't you see the big picture, look at where this shit got you, you in the fucking hopsital."

"Oh so you think The Increadible Hulk put me here because of an argument about gas, Tamara your being ridiculous." Luke may have gotten himself in the situation but it didn't have anything to do with weed.

"That's not the point I mean ya life in general, like my brother Jace..he's doing the same stupid shit. Dumb ass has a warrant for his arrest, and now there talking about all over the TV how the police are looking to talk to him murder...Jace! I mean he's a dumb ass, but all these killings that's not my brother I know it! But he wanna go on live TV flexing with money that I know he ain't get from no job, and now he's fucked up, all I'm saying is once you get ya self into some mess it's easy to get into some more shit, and even if you ain't part of the other shit its like the boy who cried wolf no one going believe you at that point damn it Luke don't you get what I'm saying."

Luke sighed he was getting Tamara's point and she did make sense. He could hear some of her thoughts but stayed out of head it was all anxiety, and worry. Then there was Jace, he'd set up the fight with him but he was damn near trying to kill people around them. He saw pain in his head, hell somehow he saw his memories like actually seen his visual memories. It was one thing to hear someone's thoughts but see there memories and they were disturbing. He really wanted to get his hands on Jace for round two, but for Tamara's sake he'd see if Jace was alright in the head, if there was anything else going on with him, and if not he'd feel guilt free to beat his ass. "I'm sorry Tam, you right...damn Ion know what I been thinking like..it's just."

"Not anything fucking smart, luckily God gave you me, look I'm gonna head down and get some food, you want anything, I don't know why I asked but it's the first time I haven't seen you high in a while.."

"What!? I have the munchies sober come on?! Hell yeah I want some food..damn..I missed you."

"Sometimes I dunno Luke, but I'll be back." She got up grabbing her purse and heading out to the grab some food from the cafeteria. The last words she said stung and Luke really felt bad. Then again he'd been enjoying all sorts of things he'd never be able to before his powers, and then there was Lucy how he felt about her..she was like him, she understood what she was going through, she was strong in her own way too like Tamara.

Luke turned his attention back to the news to see what else they were talking about, changing the channel with his power. "Sorority House destoyed, 17 members of the sorority found dead, as well as a couple other males who forensics and police are trying to identity. It looks as though some sort of explosive was used, however it dosen't look like a typical explosion, it's brutal, authorities don't know how to describe this."

"Fuck all this shit." Luke turned the tv off and just relaxed all he wanted right now was to smoke a blunt, listen to some music, and talk to Tamara. Everything was going to be alright. [i]OH MY GOD!!! HOLY SHIT AAH!!! [/i] Luke heard thoughts of panic from several people, it was like his head was pounding as he heard so many people's thoughts loud and full of fear. Then he felt a massive boom in the hospital, and it was if a bomb had rocked the structure of the building. "What the hell."

Luke was confused and trying to figure out what happened, then it happened another seismic wave rocked the hospital much bigger then the last one. Luke's eyes widened as before there was a wall if he hadn't seen it with his own eyes he wouldn't have believed it. It happened so fast some black object hurtled through the center of the building and if Luke had been one room over he'd be dead. "What the fuck.." [i]Oh no Tamara![/i] Luke instantly hopped out the bed and felt some pain but he had to find her. He could hear screaming and panic everywhere but he still gritted his teeth and searched thoughts to try to locate Tamara.

He heard sirens blaring in the background, it was like sensory overload, people screaming, people below in the streets were running for their lives, Luke didn't know what to do or what was causing this. In the midst of the chaos he picked up Tamara's thoghts and then he stepped forward towards the gaping hole where a center of the hospital once was. Using his power he propelled himself forward leaping through the air and landing several feet away at the other side of where the bullet had torn throuhg." Tamara"

Luke was pushing himself as his body was in pain, summoning a shield aroudn himself as he ran through the hospital taking the stairs tog e to the floor Tamara was on as he saw another giant bullet out of nowhere fly by him and slam into traffic bellow. He burst out the door seeing Tamara getting pushed around by people rushing to escape, and Luke used his power to push through running over to her." TAMARA!"

"LUKE!" She grasped him not even bothering to question how he'd gotten out of his hospital bed and out and about so fast." What the hell is going on! OH MY GOD"

"Fuck that, I'm not tryna ask questions we need to get the fuck outta here now! LEt's go help me up please I'm hurting" Luke really was in pain but he was using the shield to make up for that still he didn't want Tamara to outright know his powers, but if they were about to die she'd find out pretty fast. Tamara did as instructed and they began heading towards the exit when suddenly a massive bullet flew thorugh the frnot of the hospital tearing it apart killing eveyone on it it's path and it was about to hit Luke and Tamara head on.

"NO!!!!!!!!!!!!" People were screaming and Luke yelled gathering a bunch of teleknetic energy and aiming for the bullet, while summoning a shield around him and Tamara, then putting up another field around other people then the bullet hit BAM! As the rubble cleared Luke and Tamara had been thrown through a wall in the receptionist area and were outside in the streets, Luke had managed to save them, but his other shield was torn apart and everyone else he attempted to help was dying. Luke lay on the ground in agonizing pain as Tamara held him tight.

"Luke Luke we gotta get up we gotta get up please! We gotta get the fuck outta here now! I parked my car in the back! " Tamara helped Luke help and he used his power again to help himself as they watched two more bullets fly through the hospital taking off the top of the hospital causing part of the building to collapse on itself as they headed to the parking lot, Tamara whipping out her keys and pressing the button to unlock her car." Fuck fuck" She helped Luke get in, then jumped in starting up the car and pulling off she saw part of the parking lot and several cars in it had been torn through by the bullet.

"Go go...go..we gotta go" Luke didn't even attempt to use his mind powers as it was too much chaos around, and Tamara was speeding away from the hospital right as they were driving Tamara slammed on the breaks narrowly avoiding a giant bullet that flew past them and into a Mcdonalds followed by another completly demolishing the fast food establishment. Tamara stopped to watch in awe two cars zipped around them, and Luke yelled." GO!!!! Before we fuckking die!!! [b]GO GO GO!!!!![/b]" Luke yelled the last part in fear accidentally pushing a thought into her head causing Tamara to speed off they had to get out of there this was pure chaos.

[i]What the Fuck is going on..[/i] Luke's mind was literally racing an attack on a hospital, he'd seen destruction. At first he thought that was Jace, but he doubted. Even though Jace was a super powered asshole, this attack felt different, it was cold, calculated, planned, and heartless. He had to tell someone Lucy, and maybe Kyle too [i]Fuck Lucy I hope she's okay, damn it Kyle..my phone..fuck my phone! Ahh..shit, this that bullshit!!![/i] He'd realized in his rush to get to Tamara he'd left his phone with the the rest of his personal belongings in the room at the hospital.
