Christoph was not in a good mood. First he had lost one of his employees, then he had lost a perfectly good bottle of whiskey, and now there were two cars driving down the sidewalk at him, weaving in and out of each other. And why had the sidewalk taken a step down just now? That didn't make any- oh. Wash hit the breaks as a drunk man stumbled into the road. Both occupants were thrown forward and stopped dead in their tracks by their restraints as the car screeched to a hault in front of the walking road block. Alan was about to yell for the man to get out of the road when Wash got out of the car and approached the drunkard. That kid was too kind hearted for his own good. One day he would he would gladly sell his remaining humanity for a sliver of sanity as Alan had. "Are you okay sir?" Wash asked putting his hands out ds out to try and keep Christoph upright. Chris was having some trouble focusing on the people... person in front of him. Definitely only one person. He tried to move away but just wound up stumbling back to where he had started, and a small, logical part of his brain decided that alcohol would no longer be the answer to any problems. "Get outa my way. I gotta kill a man." He mumbled, trying to reorient himself. He had been going somewhere specific, he thought, but for the life of him he couldn't remember where that was. Wash wasn't taking no for an answer. "Sir you really need to sit down." He took a quick look a quick look around before realizing "Well, not here... Sir you need to get off the street and sober up." Alan wasn't really into the whole dealing with random strangers thing and he was on a pretty strict time limit to break into the CIA building so he doubly did not have time for the this. Glaring at Wash he got out of the car. "There's no time for that!" He said, actually managing a normal speaking volume this time. "He's out there killing more people, and I have to stop him!" He punctuated that sentance by almost falling on his ass, and in a sudden moment of clarity realized that even if by some miracle he managed to find Jace, he still wouldn't be able to do anything in his state. "What am I supposed to do then?" He asked nobody in particular. Trying to genuinely help the man and seeing that his ealier attempts were not quite working wash tried to connect with the drunk chris he asked "could you at least tell me who you are looking for? Maybe we can help." Behind christoph Alan was staring at Wash. "His name is... Jace. I think. He looks something like this." Chris scrunched up his face as he tried to remember how his powers worked, and after a few moments his features started to shift around, his skin became dark and his hair receded into his skull. Seconds later, instead of Christoph standing in the middle of the street with two strangers, it was Jace Williams, at least from the shoulders up. Wash was dumbfounded. He has only just been introduced to the idea of super powered individuals earlier that day. Now he had met three of them and he had no idea how to react. As for Alan this became very interesting very fast. Maybe he was going to have to reavaluate Wash's kind soul. clearly it was making dividends in interesting contacts. "So you want this guy dead?" Alan asked. "I can arrange for that, but you'll need to help me out." "Hep? Help with what?" Chris was eager to leap on any chance for his revenge, but some part of him still held a bit of caution. It wasn't that he didn't trust two strangers in the street, but he had to keep his options open. "All you have to do is impersonate a government operative, take their shift at work and discreately let me and my team into the building. "Should be easy enough for you conisdering your... talents." If this guy agreed then it was going to be a massive boon to the heist. It would strain their time a lot more than he would otherwise think, but it wouold be worth it. Chris thought about the offer. He had never commited a crime before, but he had also just been ready to kill a man. If this stranger could get him close enough to Jace that he could do that, then a little door opening would be such a small price to pay it wasn't even a quesiton. "I'm in. I get you into this building, wherever it is, and you get me Jace? Deal." "Deal" Alan quickly agreed. "Now get in the car. I need you to meet the crew." Alan's car could wait.
