For relations, I have it in my sheet that London came from a wealthy family of those who tried to get her into SOLDIER. She was picked for her skills and aptitude, though her parents did try to buy their way in. So rumors would be abound that she got in from mommy and daddy's money. Add to that that she isn't very talkative for the most part and that could add more rumors (ice queen, frigid b_tch, etc.) I'll leave that up to you :)
