Galvan would be pretty indifferent towards magic and the warp normally but during his fall and use of forbidden tech he would try to dabble in psionics even though he isn't psychic himself. Like trying to channel warp energies through machinery or make psychoactive devices.. like, null fields or warp-fire flamers etc.


Edit: actually he probably wouldn't approve of magic all that much because its unreliable and cant be measured and quantified. He wouldnt "hate" psykers, but would absolutely distrust their ability.
