Following the discussion of various cool character designs, I have decided to make an official announcement. The two character per player limit is officially done.

In related news, I would like to open up a potential third team/faction for players to join. I'm still a bit on the fence as to what I want it to be, however. My thoughts were an independent team of heroes completely unrelated to the Protectorate, a new group of villains, or something else entirely. What are all your thoughts and suggestions?
