Craggard sprung from his seat with such force he caused the table to shake a little, as Lady Primrosa took her seat with all the grace expected from someone of her status. If the missy looked pretty from a distance, she looked jaw-dropping up close. He could only describe her appearance as dream-like, with wispy blonde hair, a slender figure, and deep blue eyes like the finest gemstones. She was so unlike the women he had seen where he was from, her skin was porcelain and soft, lacking the roughness and grime that coated their skin. Her eyes shone with a healthy glow, so unlike the hard, cold look he was so used to seeing. The nobleman was reminded of the dolls an old friend used to admire behind shop windows. Once, he even dragged her in the shop to" borrow" one for her, only to be chased out and scolded by the same girl he was trying to do something nice for. Bah, honestly... even then, she was such a nag. Realizing he had been staring at the Lady Primrosa for longer than he meant to, Craggard cleared his throat and raised his glass as well, his face spreading into a wide grin. " Lady Primrosa, you've made the right choice with us Onxyites! I think you'll find the lot of us are worthy allies," Craggard boasted. Despite his best efforts at trying to sound professional, his voice still dripped with sleaze.
