[@TheHangedMan]I honestly was leaving it hazy (because it doesn't matter much in the long run). If we'd like to establish it as America, I can do that. If not, some nebulous country somewhere- that doesn't have to be completely accurate is also great.

Pretty much anywhere that isn't Asia really.
