[@luckyblackcat] I'm going to be having Leisy's Gastly dish out a bunch of non-Ghost-type moves, but that's just for flavor and whatnot. I'll specify what actually counts in CP, but I'm hoping the moves -- like Mean Look -- will give you some more detail to work with. I also plan on having Gastly use Curse, so look forward to that. It's technically zero damage, but I think it'd be cool if we didn't write it like that -- what do you say?
