Oh jeez these all sound painful X( This one didn't happen to me, and the site it was on closed down long ago and the rp was deleted, but it irritates me to even talk about. 

My friend started an rp on this site with very little... rp moderation. The admins didn't moderate the stories/rp section much at all, you couldn't edit posts, and in retrospect it was kind of a scrapped together type of thing. No split OOC and IC tabs, you get the deal. They made the rp, with a decent plot from what I remember, and set it up. Some people applied, and while my friend, the creator of the rp, was asleep, these people just started posting. They didn't wait to be accepted. My friend woke up to see that the rp they planned to be low casual (like, a paragraph or 2?) turn into like 180 posts of quick one liners. It was ridiculous. My friend tried talking to the people and saying they hadn't been accepted and weren't posting up to standard, and I tried to support them, but the people just kept posting and ignoring my friend. I don't remember clearly but they may have lashed back a bit? In a sense of 'Oh we joined and we've been rping for a while so we'll keep doing it stop being mean!' or something. My friend contacted the mods to delete the rp in the end, which sucks, and that happening to me is one of my biggest fears in the rping universe x.x
