After two of the group left to train, Oscar follows the rest to the poke-center and staying quiet. Before setting off, Oscar had recalled Nomia and Skoll but kept Daisho and Roadrunner out. Oscar picked Daisho up and put him on his head. He used to do this with Roadrunner but Roadrunner likes the ground more than the heights. Once the group focuses on the guy sitting in a lawn chair, Oscar crosses his arms. Back at Hoenn, Oscar has heard of trainers using pokemon for transport such as flying, swimming and rarely teleporting but this man has no pokemon present to suggest that. Oscar gets the feeling that he is a powerful psychic. Oscar pats Daisho on his head. Oscar answers Rheese's question.
