Though Megan was tall for not only a girl but also her age, somewhat, she was relatively light. Not that it would've matter much to the older girl, who also happened to be about three or four inches taller with quite a fit build anyway. She was the head of the disciplinary committee in a magic school after all...she needed to be fit and ready for anything. You wouldn't believe some of the craziness which takes root here. With an exasperated sigh the old girl now slung Megan over her shoulder much like a hunter would their prized deer or rabbit, holding out Megan's wallet so as to learn the girl's name and thus be able to take her to her room. The nurse couldn't do anything for this girl after all...she just needed rest, and her room would be the best place to get some. Megan Starling huh? Judging by the number on her key as well, room 69. No problems at all. With that formality out of the way she put Megan's belongings back into her pockets before carrying the younger girl to said room 69. It would seem that someone else was already there? Or at least, Jacklyn could sense another presence...so it would be the right thing to knock. No need to startle freshmen on the first day! [s]Too fucking late for that[/s] Knocking loudly Jacklyn now pushed open the door to find a raven haired girl in the room, gazing out from the balcony like one of these scenes one would see in a soap opera. "Ah you must be Ms Starling's here roommate. Excellent timing then." Jacklyn stated as she now dropped Megan onto the bed which didn't have stuff on it before turning to leave. "Make sure that she gets some proper rest, a good night's rest and a full belly for dinner tonight. Oh and tell her not to push herself too much tomorrow." Jacklyn told the no-doubt shocked girl on the balcony as she gave absolutely no context to what she meant at all. Nor did she seem like planning to as she began walking out of the room while waving behind her back. "I hope I don't have too much to do with you two freshmen." And with that she was gone.
Ethel Storm

[@Arya10108909] It was Ethel's turn to finally place her small, pale hand against the cold glass orb which housed the smokeaholic crow. "..Weird." Ethel mumbled her commented into her collar as despite her not wearing her usual jacket with a huge collar to hide behind, she was instead dressed in the skirt and dress shirt that made up the school uniform with it's own blazer. "Transfer Student #001: Ethel Storm. Current Health: Too many problems to start. Maybe you should stop gorging the cookies. Future Occupation: Cookie Monster." Ethel's eyes narrowed in immediate annoyance by the multiple insults the bird now threw her way. Did this overgrown sparrow want to brawl? "In all seriousness. Future Occupation: Researcher." The Crow cawed loudly as Ethel now stormed out of the room and headed straight to her room as directed by the silver haired girl outside. Room 149 was it?
