Just barely.

Vice, in general, is probably one of the /least/ reliable sources out there. Not necessarily in the raw information they provide, but rather the relentless and usually terribly obvious spin they put on things. Some of the correspondents are very candid about their political agendas, and even just scanning through the titles of a lot of their articles can reveal very evident bias. Vice is an emphatically counter-culture news source.
