Success! I have finished my post. I hope I didn't overestimate how closer the docks were to Lilycove... but if I recall in the games they were the last thing right before the town began.

I liked the idea of moving the Safari Zone somewhere else and having a bit of tension in the area because, let's face it, who wants to see kids having fun and catching Pokemon all willy-nilly when you are mourning the lose of your partner!
