The small rattata looked nervous to be up against an ekans. Joey smiled having it use tackle as it darted forward in a blur barely nudging the ekans. Joey smiled confidence oozing off him "Had enough yet punk?" Ekans hadn't taken even a small amount of damage. The eyes surrounded the young trainers trying to lead them off route an making them lose themselves in the forest. When the kids were deep enough one of the creature darted forward tackling Violet's eevee before buzzing. The red eyes appeared to be attached to a dark purple pokemon hidden in shadow. The kids had seen this pokemon many times in the day light. The Venonat was joined by a similar sized Venonat which charged meowth out of the shadows behind Mike. [@rocketrobie2][@medalliah]
