Hello, everyone!

The Warriors GM crew has been steadily making progress toward delivering you all a magnificent world for your cats to run wild in, and have worked hard to make sure we can get everything underway as soon as we can. We've decided to call our (kitty)pet project:

[b]Warriors: Tribal[/b]

We have quite a bit of news for you all, as well, so here is the status update for everyone:
[list][*]The most prominent change that we have for everyone is probably the most difficult to address. Recently, our GM, and the founder of this RP, [@Zi], has decided to withdraw from the project. Though this may seem a bit strange to some, Zi has thought long and hard about his decision and has given full reign of the task to [@LetMeDoStuff], [@sMoKe], and myself. It should also be noted that from now on, though the project will not have an assigned leader, the three of us will have equal footing and each be working extensively on the task ahead of us. The world that Zi has created will remain unchanged, and we will try our hardest to create the best RP we can for all of you. We wish Zi the best of luck in his endeavors, [s]and cast him off of the island with enough booze, women, and money to satisfy him for at least a few hours.[/s]
[*]Concerning name changes, this is the most prominent alteration in the Warriors universe that we have created, and it would be best to inform you here so that y'all are in the know:[list]
[*]Clans, as they are often called in the series, will now be addressed as [b]Tribes[/b], to fit an islander setting that we have created
[*]Following this theme, Leaders will now be called [b]Chiefs[/b], and occasionally [b]Chieftains[/b], if we're feeling particularly fancy about how we address them
[*]The Deputy of the tribe will henceforth be referred to as the [b]Koa[/b] - a term translating to warrior, but we felt changing the term "warrior" would defeat the whole point of calling this whole thing "Warriors", so we went with the next thing up
[*]The Medicine Cat will be referred to as [b]Shaman[/b] (oooh mystical!)
[*]As for the Tribes' beliefs: the Warrior Code will be left very much the same, other than changing the few terminology that has been referred to thus far. StarClan will now be referred to as [b]SkyTribe[/b], and they act in the same way as StarClan does. As for the Dark Forest or Place of No Stars in the books, this has changed a bit more to fit the setting. There is now a Tribe referred to as [b]DeepTribe[/b], who are the cats who truly did great harm to their Tribes while in life, being cast to the deep by SkyTribe's judgement. They also claim the souls of cats who died via drowning, or those who were pulled out to sea and swept beneath the waves. This Tribe does very little in terms of communicating with the living cats, other than visiting the Shamans in great, vivid nightmares.[/list]
[*]For places of Gathering and of worship for the Shamans, we have created the spot known as the [b]Tree of the Moon[/b], a cliff-side cave on the island of Little Paw, which contains the hollowed out tree where the Shamans go to sleep each half-moon to receive signs from SkyTribe and omens from DeepTribe

It should also be noted that until we get the official RP page up and running, we would like any of you who have not submitted any CS(s) thus far to hold onto them until the OOC is ready for ya - that way we can best manage who will be joining in. For those of you who were previously accepted by Zi, you're spots are not taken, and you all are still accepted, though we would still like for you to post in the OOC first so that we can review what you had put.
