She uses her stature to her advantage, to gain some kind of pity or hesitation from enemies during a battle. She's not afraid to throw others under the bus to get herself out of trouble, either.

Weapon: Fěn wields two chain blades, miniature scythes with chains hooked at both ends. It's functional for both close and long ranged attacks. Not to mention it makes a very nice grappling hooks as well.
