Considering that any help/Imperial force is quite a while away, not so sure on this...

Tell you what, how about he shows up with an advance scout vessel - something along the lines of a Cobra-class Destroyer or Claymore-class Corvette - and then you can board and such and such? Just nothing too large AKA larger than a Frigate...cus I got plans.
