[@Lady Selune] Sounds good although for the first one, just make sure you have some way of making profits that can be expanded upon.

As for your second idea, you might want to talk to [@Mateotis] seeing as he currently has a territorial claim over the Swiss. 
(Also on the map, all of Russia is more or less claimed I think, just haven't updated it in a hella long time)
