Not sure if I'll be keeping my notCult Mechanicus actually. I'm also now thinking of either a faction that has no military but an insane net of spies, agents and informants which they use instead which benefits greatly from an extremely diverse population. Or  a planet/colony that some storm/event genocide'd the entire human population of a place leaving only the robots.
