Ok folks who aren't in the discord or are too shy/nervous to ask:

The city we are in is host to about 150,000 people. It's massive. Getting around from guildhouse to the bridge doesn't take long though. They are located fairly close together. 
Crime in the city is most foul. Killers can find work easily. Prisoners carnival, to the skilled, is merely a trial by combat. 
Siph is married to that bear.
