[@Ellion] Also just to kinda get this out of the way...

Isaac Alonse

Age: 33

Personality:
Isaac knows what he needs to do to be incredibly successful as a hunter and ranger as so he embodies it. He is calm and patient, willing to set up elaborate traps and wait for days for his prey to slip up so that he can make a sudden, precise, and lethal strike on his target to put them down before they even know what hit them. THis doesn't mean he's cold or detached, in fact it's quiet the opposite. Often enjoying drinks with friends or meeting new people to join on certain missions and hunts. Though he still remains as a quiet and almost creepily calm man
History:
Isaac Alonse grew up to a pair of local hunters who resided in a quaint hamlet known as Evening Fall. A peaceful and rather pleasant farming village made that way by a small cadre of hunters who kept the dark forces at bay. Isaac was the child of two of those hunters being trained from a very early age the art of the hunt as well as the Tenants of the Bow. As he grew up this was all he knew... It was then that he learned of an almost... religious view of the hunt. The Tenants of the Bow were sacred and he took to them like a true savant. The Tenants preach of values and reasons in the art of the bow and arrow, telling the master to steady the soul so as to set the world at rest. Make strong your heart so as to set your conviction in stone. And to Feel the ebb and flow of the wind so as to become one with it. While one couldn't really say Isaac was a great learner, when it came to the Tenants of the Bow he was a natural becoming a master in the practice at an incredible rate. As he grew up he was not to remain alone forever as upon one hunt he stumbled upon a great and majestic beast. A great bird who was truly a wonder of nature. This falcon was caught, injured and stuck in a snare made for monsters and one that he couldn't escape. With Isaac setting up the trap in the first place this kill was his to claim, but when he approached to stick his dagger into the mighty bird to end it it didn't resist. That was when Isaac looked into it's eyes to see an intelligence he didn't expect. The bird knew he was caught and that he had embraced death, though he didn't want it. It was then Isaac cut at the net to set the bird free and as it fell and flew away on a broken wing the falcon glanced back to see Isaac watching back. It was not in his way to leave a wounded animal to suffer and so he had a choice, end the falcon's life or help him to recover. Approaching the bird he offered his help and the falcon understood, accepting it and hopping over to Isaac who brought the bird back home to nurse it back to health. It was then Isaac learned of what was to be his greatest companion in that it was a strong male Dire Peregrine Falcon that had started to show a respect and liking to Isaac as well. So when the day came that he was to be returned to the wild he only flew off about 20 feet before circling back around to land on Isaac's shoulder time and time again. Realizing what was happening Isaac accepted this fact and named his new friend Grey. As Isaac and Grey moved on through the years he grew to learn of monsters and beasts to the point that while they were still incredibly dangerous he wanted more. Something that didn't act like the others and could not only be a challenge but something that did more than steal cattle and eat crops in the night. That was when he learned of the most dangerous game, witches. While not opposed to them on an ethical level he knew that a malicious and hostile witch was nothing like a beast as they thought on a level no monster could ever match. Guiding his want to keep the world safer through the art and Tenants of his Bow he made the choice to leave his home, setting out on his own with only his equipment and his faithful and loyal friend Grey. From there he had no direction other than where he was needed, making sure to keep work in good supply and that in turn led him to Seren's Folly where he resides until the day that he isn't needed anymore.
Signature Weapon:
Isaac is a ranger through and through and no ranger feels whole without their signature bow. Isacc is no different in having his bow, Omen. Made in a forged combination of metal and rare, dense wood known as Ebonwood it mixes precision with raw power using a dual-x bowstring that wraps farther down the shaft of the bow to give it a much higher draw weight that adds to a almost bullet like shot. Thus to use such a bow one must be incredibly strong in the motions to draw a bow as well as use special arrows forged with either metal shafts or of the same Ebonwood his bow was made of. Otherwise it would just snap at anything past half draw. Though when used properly it let's one shoot accurately at targets at incredible ranges, with great power, and deadly precision. Able to use the tools he always carries on him to turn foraged supplies into a variety of traps such as spike walls, slip strings, snares, lash nets, and so on. To better help facilitate this he often carries some key items on him at all times such as rope, nails, and wire.
Things he looks for in a partner:
As a hunter and ranger Isaac knows that the tenants of a successful hunt are to be clever, patient, calm, confident, and lively. So he looks for the same things he does in a partner as he does in his hunts.
Pets/Companions:
Grey: Isaac has a pet and companion that is always by his side; Grey the Dire Peregrine Falcon. Who strikes quite the intimidating image being about one and half times larger than an average Peregrine. Though he also seems quite regal and almost adorable when he isn't diving at his target claws and sharp beak first. Very much unlike his master Grey is very energetic and jovial often hopping around, pecking at things, and chirping at passers by. Not only that but he has a rather odd habit of cuddling up on people's shoulders, sometimes without their prior consent.
