[@DriveEMOut] Something that totally slipped my mind earlier. Jack Frost (Rise of Guardians) is Dreamworks not Disney. However the idea of Jack Frost is not exclusive to Dreamworks. It's public domain. But Jack Frost as he appears in Rise of the Guardians is owned by Dreamworks. Does that make sense?
