[@ERode]: I actually like this character and a lot of ideas you have here. I've been meaning to work on how deities in a religion like shinto work in-setting as well(well, the most powerful ones have developed their own plane of existence like many other gods of varying religions but yeah).

But there's a bit of an issue in that true dragons are a very specific thing in-setting. ^^;

However, it's easy enough to tweak it to be a spiritual being/deity taking on a dragon's form and traits, thereby making it something different.
