[@ERode]: Well, the idea is that [i]all[/i] dragons actually stem from the ones from space. Many look like western dragons, some look humanoid, some look like Asian dragons, others look like incredibly bizarre.

They've come to earth multiple times, one time being when Saint George slew one. They only show up when something has gone very wrong(well, aside from a few rare cases), but most people aren't aware of that.

In any case, spirits and deities taking the form of dragons works perfectly fine for purposes like this.
